Brilliant garnet in colour, it offers floral aromas of dog rose and violet, followed by hints of raspberry, wild strawberries, and delicate spicy nuances. The structure is fine and vibrant, with a silky tannic texture and a freshness that invites another sip. It pairs beautifully with mushroom-based dishes, white meats, and artisanal cured meats.
