PINOT NOIR
An elegant and refined wine, the result of a perfect synergy between the Gagauz microclimate and one of the most noble grape varieties of the French tradition and now international. Brilliant garnet in colour, it offers floral aromas of dog rose and violet, followed by hints of raspberry, wild strawberries, and delicate spicy nuances. The structure is fine and vibrant, with a silky tannic texture and a freshness that invites another sip. It pairs beautifully with mushroom-based dishes, white meats, and artisanal cured meats.
The artifact depicted on the label is a fragment of a stone axe-hammer (approximately 6,500–6,300 years before present).
