VIORICA

A rare native gem of Moldova, Viorica is an aromatic white wine that encapsulates the richness of the country’s winemaking heritage. Pale yellow in colour with greenish highlights, it reveals an intense and unmistakable bouquet: lavender, white flowers, sage, nutmeg, and lime zest.

On the palate, it is harmonious and rounded, with a perfect balance of aromatic intensity, freshness, and minerality. The finish is long, with a delicately spiced and floral aftertaste. Ideal with delicate appetisers, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses, and fusion cuisine based on fish or vegetables, it is particularly special as a wine for sharing.
